-We will do our best to fulfill all orders in timely manner.
-We have limited sock therefore cannot take orders once the items are out of stock, we may get the same designs in again however there is no guarantee.
-Following a successful order you will recieve a notification once your order has been dispatched.
- If we are unable to fulfill your order (due to any stock issues) and you have made payment, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund your payment in full.
-Our stock levels are updated after any confirmed purchases not when items are added to your basket, therefore there may be possible to add items to your basket that may be being purchased by someone else at the same time, although the chance of this happening is small if this happens and you make payment. We will offer the item to the individual who made the payment first, if this is not you then we will refund your payment in full.
-Once an item is purchased our stock levels will be updated allowing customers to see accurate stock availability.
-We have the right o change these policies at any time.
