Return Policy 

 

We do not offer refund or exchange unless item is damaged/faulty. Please check description and sizing details prior to placing an order to ensure the item is right for you. If you require more info on a product please contact us.

 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items  

 

To ensure our items are in perfect condition when leaving us we quality check each item prior to packaging, However if  in the unlikely event an item is damaged/faulty upon receiving you can return the item back to us within 14 days, however must notify us within 7 days. You can notify us by email, Instagram or Facebook. We will not accept any product return without prior notification.

We will not be able to offer refunds for items damaged by the customer.

When returning products it is strongly recommended that you insure the product with the shipper of the full price of the item.We cannot take responsibility for your parcel if it does not arrive back to us. In such circumstances, we would unfortunately, not be able to honour the return. Please retain your Certificate of Posting and hold onto it until you have received your refund.

If you make a valid claim under the point above, we shall inspect the goods upon return and replace the ordered goods in question free of charge OR refund in full, the payment made in respect of such goods (Upon your discretion).
